The National Collage of Technical Professional Education (CONALEP) was established in 1978 to train middle level technicians for the industrial and service sectors of the economy.

 

Today, the College is in a permanent process of improvement to better respond to the expectations of students, teachers and entrepreneurs. Our commitment is to offer students a competency based academic model so that they develop their employability skills so as to be able to work in any national or international company o institution, thereby achieving their personal and professional development as middle level technicians.

 

The competencies which are the foundation of the academic model are principally labour competencies established in conjunction with the diverse productive sectors of the economy and whose guiding principle is academic quality for competitiveness.
